If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Ottawa, any of the hotels in the Elgin St. area should be fine. Blocks of rooms have been set aside for guests of this wedding ("Scannell-Schellenberg" / "Schellenberg-Scannell"). We secured rooms at a special rate if you book by March 25, but you might find that you are able to find other deals by calling around or booking online.
